Sally Stockwell is a singer-songwriter, actor and theatremaker.

She trained at Toi Whakaari / New Zealand Drama School and has studied voice and singing in France, London and Aotearoa. Alongside 30 years of experience in theatre and screen acting, she’s also honed her expertise in voice through songwriting, performance and voice coaching.

Her bespoke theatre shows are one-of-a-kind performances that blend her original music, acting and movement. She also uses a loop pedal to fuse soundscapes, edgy striped-back melodies and rich vocal harmonies into a powerful musical experience.

Sally has gigged and toured various New Zealand festivals including Splore, Music in Parks, Titirangi Festival of Music, Auckland Festival of Arts, The Ōtautahi Tiny Festival, TAHI Festival, and Taranaki Arts Festival.

After her 2015 debut album Weightless, Sally is finally releasing her long-awaited second album, Little Triggers, this November, along with a trilogy of music videos.
